FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

In an over forty year career beginning with Ogilvy & Mather in London and New York, HK served as Executive Art Director before becoming Creative Director of O&M Malaysia. He then went on to found KHK Needham, which he turned into the one of the most successful Malaysian advertising agencies of the 1980s.  

HK now heads Paradigm & Partners as a specialist consultancy, which over the past decade has executed a diverse range of projects. His creative vision and marketing flair are implemented in conceptualising and staging international exhibitions and managing special events for clients in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, Bahrain, Oman, UAE and Qatar.

In the last 5 World Expos, HK has spearheaded the concept, design and execution of 12 successful national pavilions.

NATASHA KOK
CREATIVE & DESIGN DIRECTOR

With over 20 years industry experience, Natasha has worked across the multi-disciplines of design. From her grounding in corporate and printed graphics, she moved to specialise in luxury residential interior architecture. She has extensive experience not only in conceptual design interpretation, but also practical experience in handling all aspects of design; from spatial planning to interior fit-out, including joinery and furniture design, lighting, decorating and graphic integration. She has also served as designer and assistant curator for private art collections and artists’ installations at international art events.

Natasha works closely with our specialist teams to conceptualise, plan and implement large-scale immersive exhibits and multimedia interactives. She is directly involved in all projects from research and thematic development through to final artwork and production, turning storytelling and experiential design into memorable experiences.
