Omani Trade and Friendship Exhibition

The Omani trade and friendship exhibition was held in Singapore in 2010. The Exhibition promoted trade and friendship between Oman and Singapore after the historic voyage of the ‘jewel of Muscat’ dhow across the Indian ocean.

The event took place in the gardens of the Asian Civilisation Museum, llocated in Singapore's trade and tourism district. Visitors, including the general public as well as special business and VIP guests, were all involved in experiencing events throughout the week.

The Exhibition was housed in a cuboid structure, presented the story in three parts; past, present and future. Following the exhibition visitors then proceeded through a covered walkway to experience the full dome video projection. Here they were presented with a five-minute custom-made 360 degrees video about the Omani renaissance.
